Thigh High Season

January is basically over, but it finally feels like winter!
The past week has been hectic for many people due to the "mini blizzard" so many of us got stuck in.
(Hence the reason these photos are inside and not outside in the snowy/melted madness)

But lucky for me, my new super duper thigh high Jeffrey Campbell boots arrived just before
the bad weather hit - so guess who wore them all weekend long - ME.
I have been searching for a good pair of thigh high boots for a long l o n g time.
I mean, I obviously want the glorious Stuart Weitzman Highland Boot, but no,
spending that on some shoes when you've still got student loans is a bit irrational.
Plenty of brands/designers have made knock-offs and similar versions of the highland boot
(Boohoo, Steve Madden, ASOS) but I really like the heel and square toe on these Jeffrey Campbell's.
Plus these are tighter on the thigh (still not tight enough, but they'll do) for those of us with small thighs.
I paired them with this printed shift dress I snagged from the incredible sale ASOS has been having since Christmas Eve,
and with two scarves because when it snows it's cold.

Dress: ASOS / Boots: Jeffrey Campbell (also here) / Plaid Scarf: Handmade by Mom / Studded Scarf: Boohoo (similar)

  1. In the year of 2017. People around me suddenly begin to hang out with red wine dress.I'm feeling curious and suspicion at the moment:"Is this a thing now?"And here's my thoughts after research and the dress that I bought.
